Fern Emina is the fluffier and cuter sibling of the Boston Fern. It lends a quirky look to your space, and its dark, curly, twisted and thickly packed fronds give her a lush but compact appearance. A great addition to tabletops and hanging baskets, she needs very little of your attention while working away to clean the air in your space.

Plant Essentials
Fertilizer/ feed for the plant:Feed the Fern every 4 weeks with a 10-10-10 fertiliser. Over-feeding the Fern can cause damage to the plant. Repotting : Repot it in a larger pot only when the fern outgrows the current pot and its roots are visible. Propogation : The easiest way to propagate is through plant offsets that develop from either the roots or the trunk. It is also possible to propagate ferns through spores that are found underneath the leaves.
Common Problems
1. Why are the leaves of my Fern turning crispy and grey? Crispy grey leaves in a fern are a classic sign of under watering. To remedy this issue, water and mist it regularly to maintain a well-watered and humid environment. 2. Am I overwatering my Fern? Ferns love water, plant it in a well-draining soil and make sure to keep the soil moist, but not soggy, at all times. 3. Why are the leaves of my Emina Fern yellowing at the base? Yellowing leaves at the base are an indication of over-watering.
Style and Decor
Light Requirements :Emina Fern plant dislikes bright direct sunlight and will thrive both indoors and in indirect sunlight. Locations :These Ferns will grow happy if placed in indirect sunlight in living rooms, kitchens, and well-lit bedrooms. Place them near North-facing doors or windows. Styling/decor tip :Use the Fern Emina as a book support in your bookshelf. Or simply put it on the top shelf and watch it enhance the beauty of your reading corner. One of the best options for hanging baskets, it adds both drama and character toa space. It is also a great candidate for green walls. Our personal favourite is the fern Emina in glamorous metallic planter on a plant stand, it instantly elevates any space.
