About the Sansevieria Whitney - Snake Plant

The Whitney is a compact sansevieria variety native to Africa whose sword like leaves emerge in rosettes. The leaves are dark green in colour with speckled silvery margins. It can grow up to 6 inches making it perfect for tabletops. This drought resistant queen of air purification needs very little care and is perfect for people who travel a lot.

Fertilizer/ feed for the plant:Feed your sansevieria a balanced houseplant fertiliser monthly from late spring right until fall. Do not fertilise your plant in winters.
Repotting : You will need to repot your sansevieria every 2 to 3 years to give it a fresh growing medium .
Propogation : The easiest way to propagate is by leaf cuttings. Cut small sections of the leaves and then either root them in water or plant them in soil after allowing them to callous for a day.
