About the Fern Morpankhi

Fertilizer/ feed for the plant:Feed the Fern Morpankhi at the start of its growing season with a balanced liquid fertilizer and keep in mind that over fertilization might cause the plant to burn.
Repotting : Repot in a larger pot only if the roots have taken up the entire space in the pot and are showing above the soil.
Propogation : Vegetative propagation is the easiest way to propagate the Morpankhi, so cutting of new growths planted in a well-draining but rich soil is the best option. Take care while selecting the cutting, woody branches do not root easily.

1. Why are the fronds of my Tree Fern reducing in number?
This is a classic sign of underwatering. If you Morpankhi is too parched the fronds will brown and fall off.
2. Am I overwatering my Morpankhi?
The Morpankhi is sensitive to overwatering and soggy soil and will slowly turn yellow and then reddish brown and eventually die. Water your plant only when the top two inches of the soil is dry to touch.

Sensitivity to overwatering and certain pests are the main issue. Spray regularly with an organic pesticide to keep your plant healthy.
